Flag Presentation to St Joan of Arc Elementary

LaPlace Rotary presented the skit "Fourth Graders Meet the American Flag" to the fourth grade classes at St Joan of Arc Elementary School on December 14, 2016. Following the skit, a new flag was presented to the school to fly on their flag pole.
