Rotary Club of St. John the Baptist Parish provided Comfort for Learning sweatshirts to the 4th graders of John L. Ory Communication Arts Magnet School in LaPlace on Wednesday November 20, 2025 from the contributions of Rotary District 6840 Grant Committee through the Rotary Foundation and the Rotary Club of St. John the Baptist Parish.
Each year the Rotary Club of St. John the Baptist Parish furnishes sweatshirts to the 4th Grade Students in 1 of 6 St. John the Baptist Parish Public Elementary Schools. The school logo and the Rotary International logo are on each sweatshirt. Rotarians contact the school to obtain sweatshirt numbers and sizes of the 4th grade students. The sweatshirts are ordered, sorted, delivered and distributed to the students by the Rotarians in the early fall or winter season. Thank you to ASAP Monograms for servicing the ordering and screening of the sweatshirts!
